Frequently asked questions
I compose music the "traditional" way—at least how it’s been done for the last 30 years. Every track is composed, mixed, and mastered by me using a DAW (Logic Pro). My music is a blend of hardware and software synthesizers, extensive effect chains, vast sound libraries, and occasionally my own recordings of instruments and vocals.
My visual process is a complex blend of digital tools, cinematic rendering, and custom post-production. While I utilize AI rendering as a base for many scenes, each clip undergoes significant visual FX work and editing to perfectly match the sonic atmosphere of the music.
I don’t stick to just one. The field is evolving so rapidly that a new update from one provider can shift the entire landscape overnight. Different tools excel at different things—some are better for complex camera movements, others for subtle textures. If you’re looking to start your own journey into AI video, my best advice is to experiment with all of them. There are several platforms available that aggregate different AI models, allowing you to test various tools without maintaining multiple individual accounts.
My music is automatically copyrighted upon release. On platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, you are free to use the music through the apps' official music libraries. However, I cannot manually "whitelist" individual users for external use. If you are a production company, labels, or filmmaker interested in licensing my music for Film, TV, Games, or Advertising, please reach out via the contact form above.
The visuals are protected by copyright in the same way as the music. However, I do occasionally approve the use of my footage for specific YouTube channels. Please always contact me first to request permission and describe your project. If granted, you must credit Adam Valecrest and provide a link to my YouTube channel. Please note that permission is not a binding contract; I reserve the right to request the removal of content if it deviates from what was originally agreed upon.
